Andy Chen

Prior to Outcast, Andy launched and co-led Coatue's venture practice as a General Partner, investing from seed through Series A in companies including Figma, Scale AI, Chime, Distyl and Persona.

Earlier Andy was one of the first Talent Partners in venture at Kleiner Perkins, where he founded the KPCB Fellows Program, one of the most selective talent fellowships in tech. Before KP, he was an early employee at Riviera Partners, now the largest technical recruiting firm. Before becoming an investor, he recruited thousands of engineers and executives across high-growth startups.

Andy was also a nuclear weapons analyst in the CIA. He can't talk about it.
